Disk one from the August Programmer's Meeting.
Disk Contents:
A68k1.01:
An update to Charlie's assembler which fixes a few minor bugs.
See the History file for details. C Source code included.
Author: Charlie Gibbs.
AmicTerm0.56:
David Salas & Albert Kirk have modified Dan James COMM 1.34 PD
Terminal program and have issued the revised program as as
AMIC. AMIC is shareware, although I believe the original
program is PD. David and Albert are asking for $20.00 to cover
the cost of their enhancements.
Author: Dan James. Modified by David Salas & Albert Kirk.
ATV3d:
A Terrain Viewer with 3d relief which presents the Gray terrain
generator compleat with 3d relief. C source code is included.
Author: Chris Gray. Ported to C & modified for 3D by Howard Hull.
Cancel!1.0:
Here is a program that will automatically cancel requestors
allowing you run your Amiga in unattended mode. Binary only.
Author: Bryce Nesbitt.
CLIRun1.4:
Allows you to run programs or batch files from the Workbench
from an icon that can normally be run only from the CLI.
Binary only. Documentation included.
Author: Mike Lawrence.
CommandReq1.0:
Here is a super little utility you can use in your startup
script file like Yes. CommandReq will put up a requestor asking
if you wish to continue and optionally to specify what command
should be issued next. Includes source code in C.
Author: Jay Johnson and Sam Morse.
DiskMan2.0:
Here is another Disk file manager program that appears to have
several advantages over DirUtil. It works in interlace mode, so
you can see more files at a glance. Best of all, you can see
the files on both the source and target devices at the same time.
DiskMan is shareware, the author asks for $10 if you find his
work useful.
Author: Greg Cunningham.
HeliosMouse1.0:
HeliosMouse installs an input handler that activates the windows
whenever the mouse is moved over an inactive one. Includes C
and assembler source code.
Author: Davide P. Cervone.
PopUp:
Provides code and a demo showing how to create "pop-up" menus
that appear anywhere on the screen. Contrast this with
Intuition's requirement that all menu's be fixed at the top
of the screen. Includes C source code, and a brief demo program
to show how it's used.
Author: Derek Zahn (Gambit Sortware, Madison WI).
WindowUtil:
A few interesting routines, coded in C that uses the Layers
library to look up information about windows and screen. Provides
some examples to help you understand how to use LockLayers() and
LockLayerInfo() which are not very well explained in the RKM.
Author: Davide P. Cervone.
